I think you can recombine all this elements into countless chic outfits - maybe you should do a 10 items - a month of outfits thing? Also, I know what you mean about dressing for the duties. You can run around all day around nyc in heels. You can't freeze to death. And you can't bend down to pin things, carry boxes and bags of stuff (which I do a lot when I style and shoot) in a nice skirt and silk blouses. At least not if you don't want to show your underwear and have your nice clothes last. I rather see a real outfit than some crazy thing you put on just for a picture, which is why (most) fashion bloggers are so inspiring. I agree – it’s a classic and fool proof combination.
