Where:

Manhattan Vintage Show, Shopping in Union Square, and a friend’s birthday BBQ

Why:

I had a very busy Saturday! I poured myself out of bed after a great “girl’s night” on Friday, threw on this shirt that has been calling out to me to wear it for weeks, and ran out to the Manhattan Vintage show.

I don’t have many pictures from the weekend (more camera difficulties), and most of the vendors at the show didn’t permit photography, but the show was AMAZING! Just to be surrounded by all of the luxurious fur coats, costume jewelry, Chanel purses, Ferragamo boots, I could go on and on.

I did come away with some lovely new goodies care of White Dove Vintage and Sammy Davis Vintage, that I will hopefully be debuting soon after I show them some TLC and do a few personal tweaks (new buttons and such).

The rest of the weekend was normal, hanging out in Brooklyn with a few old friends from college, running errands, cleaning up the apartment, and taking it easy.

This weekend was just the right amount of fun, work, and rest!
