Farewell Summer
By lizzie_jeanne. Filed in Random Thoughts |This weekend I bid farewell to summer the proper way, by visiting the Brooklyn Flea with my favorite Aussie, Lyssa, who happens to be in town from Sydney.
The Flea is still officially open for one more week, so try and get down there next weekend if you’re in the area. (I’ll be down south enjoying my long awaited summer vacation)
The flea was amazing this weekend, mounds of vintage clothing designer shoes intermingled with outrageously oversized furniture accents, antiques, and delicious food.
It’s all you could ever want in one weekend. I also got a head start on my Christmas shopping!

Ha! That is so funny! The two people in the first picture are my friends! See? They came to the FNO party! (first picture):

TOO funny. NYC is such a small world.

I thought that tall man looked familiar! But I chalked it up to Brooklyn being so small, guess it actually is.

Wow, I’m realizing how much goodness I’m missing out on by selling at the flea and rarely moving from where we’re stationed. I may have to experiment with that Lobster Roll next time around… xx
